  • Creative Innovation: Generate fresh campaign concepts beyond standard beauty marketing (workshops, challenges, partnerships, viral moments)
  • Timeline Management: Coordinate all campaign elements for simultaneous launch impact
  • Budget Distribution: Optimize allocation between KOL partnerships, content production, paid ads, events, and PR
  • ROI Optimization: Track performance across all campaign elements and reallocate budget for maximum impact

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Creative Arts
  • Experience: 2-3 years in integrated campaign management, preferably beauty/lifestyle brands
  • Creative Portfolio: Demonstrate innovative campaigns beyond traditional digital marketing
  • Beauty Industry Understanding: Deep knowledge of beauty consumer behavior, trends, and competitive landscape
  • Cross-functional Leadership: Ability to coordinate creative teams, agencies, and stakeholders
  • Languages: Thai (native), English (professional proficiency)
