Key Responsibilities
- Comprehensive Campaign Creation: Develop integrated campaigns combining KOL, content, PR, experiential, events, and innovative activation ideas
- Creative Innovation: Generate fresh campaign concepts beyond standard beauty marketing (workshops, challenges, partnerships, viral moments)
- Timeline Management: Coordinate all campaign elements for simultaneous launch impact
- Budget Distribution: Optimize allocation between KOL partnerships, content production, paid ads, events, and PR
- ROI Optimization: Track performance across all campaign elements and reallocate budget for maximum impact
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Creative Arts
- Experience: 2-3 years in integrated campaign management, preferably beauty/lifestyle brands
- Creative Portfolio: Demonstrate innovative campaigns beyond traditional digital marketing
- Beauty Industry Understanding: Deep knowledge of beauty consumer behavior, trends, and competitive landscape
- Cross-functional Leadership: Ability to coordinate creative teams, agencies, and stakeholders
- Languages: Thai (native), English (professional proficiency)
