Job Responsibilities:
- Market & Competitor Research
- Research and analyze competitors across channels (online, offline, marketplaces, retail)
- Track competitor pricing, product mix, promotions, and best-selling items
- Identify market trends and opportunities from competitive insights
- Customer & Sales Analysis
- Analyze customer behavior and purchasing patterns across platforms
- Study best-selling products by channel (online, live commerce, in-store, events)
- Monitor product performance, sell-through rate, and stock movement
- Provide insights to support merchandising, pricing, and product planning decisions
- Social Marketing
- Develop concepts and create engaging content for social media.
- Collaborate to produce content aligned with the brand identity and campaign goals.
- Monitor social media trends and use insights to improve content effectiveness.
- Plan and execute video production or photography to create content related to fashion.
- Communicate and respond to the audience to build relationships with the online community.
- Analyze content performance data to improve future strategies.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in data analysis, marketing analysis, or business operations
- Strong interest in data, research, and performance analysis
- Comfortable working with numbers, spreadsheets, and reports
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Able to work cross-functionally with sales, operations, and retail teams
- Understanding of online and offline sales environments (live commerce, retail, events)
- Passion for fashion and retail business dynamics
