Position Overview:
Marketing & Brand Manager เป็นผู้ขับเคลื่อนทิศทางและกลยุทธ์ด้านการตลาดของแบรนด์ เพื่อสร้างภาพลักษณ์ การสื่อสาร และประสบการณ์ลูกค้าที่สอดคล้องกับเป้าหมายขององค์กร (WALTZ, eyeshouse) พร้อมเสริมสร้าง Brand Awareness, Customer Engagement และผลักดันการเติบโตของยอดขายอย่างยั่งยืน ผ่านทั้งช่องทางออนไลน์และออฟไลน์
Job Description:
- Brand Strategy & Development
- Develop and execute brand strategy, positioning, and communication across all channels.
- Conduct market research and analyze products, services, and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
- Marketing Campaigns & Communication
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital, social media, offline, and PR channels.
- Manage content strategy, campaign performance, budgeting, and ROI optimization.
- Digital Marketing & Social Media
- Oversee social media, online advertising, website, and digital marketing performance.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging content and optimize ads.
- Customer Engagement & CRM
- Strengthen customer engagement, loyalty, and brand experience through customer insights and data analysis.
- Collaboration & Leadership
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
- Lead, support, and manage the marketing team.
คุณสมบัติ:
- ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาการตลาด บริหารธุรกิจ นิเทศศาสตร์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ อย่างน้อย 5 ปีขึ้นไป ในสายงานการตลาด / การสร้างแบรนด์
- หากมีประสบการณ์ในธุรกิจ Luxury / Eyewear / Lifestyle Brand จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- เข้าใจ Marketing Funnel, Customer Journey, Branding, Digital Marketing
- มีทักษะการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล (Marketing & Customer Insight Analysis)
- คิดเชิงกลยุทธ์ได้ดี มีความคิดสร้างสรรค์ และลงมือทำได้จริง
- มีภาวะผู้นำ ชอบพัฒนาทีม และสามารถบริหารงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้ดี
- มีทัศนคติที่ดี ทำงานเชิงรุก และสื่อสารได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
Salary: 40,000 – 50,000 บาท
