Responsible For:

  • Develop the Brand’s Marketing calendar and new campaign’s communication plan.
  • Manage marketing projects, including corporate identity, ads, PR materials, communication campaigns and promotional content to reach business goals and KPIs with cost efficiency.
  • Lead Brands’ digital marketing and paid media activities to create a consumer-focused and consistent brand experience.
  • Full responsibility and accountability for the Marketing budget (advertising, KOLs hiring, monthly content, PR props, etc.)
  • Oversee and approve marketing materials. (incoordinate with Creative Manager)
  • Manage monthly marketing reports and budget reports.
  • In consultation with the sale / retail / creative / merchandise team, responsible for supporting the development and execution of strategic marketing communications plans, activities, promotional, new store opening, new pop-up store, POSM
  • Ensure all consumer-facing programs/offers are consistent with the omnichannel expectations of consumers.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitive review, and consumer insights to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation. (Evaluate, implement and develop to fit our brand)
  • Ensure inventory stock management is efficient for online and e-commerce sales by working closely with merchandisers & key account/sale online team.
  • Responsible for the Ads optimization on the online platform (Facebook Ads, IG Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.)
  • Manage the brand’s own media channels to build and strengthen brand communities to increase brand awareness and brand buzz.
  • Support GWP for Lazada Double Digit / Collaborative with other brands
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure timely and successful project delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Working Experiences
    • Minimum 5–8 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
    • Proven experience in planning and executing both online and offline marketing strategies.
    • Strong background in budget management and campaign ROI measurement.
    • Experience working with sales teams, digital teams, and external agencies.

Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Knowledge of Digital Marketing, Social Media, CRM, and Marketing Analytics.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or BI tools.
  • Good command of English (both written and spoken).
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyse market insights.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to design and execute innovative campaigns.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proactive and able to solve problems effectively under pressure.

  • Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 10:00 – 19:00
  • Work Location: Headquarters (HQ)
