Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the overall Marketing Communication strategy aligned with brand direction and marketing plans
- Define key messages, brand story, tone of voice, and communication guidelines across all channels
- Create campaign communication frameworks to ensure consistent messaging across touchpoints
- Ensure all marketing communications align with brand positioning and identity
- Collaborate with Creative, Content, KOL, and Media teams to provide communication direction and briefs
- Review and provide feedback on marketing materials to ensure message clarity and brand consistency
- Monitor and evaluate communication performance (e.g. awareness, engagement, brand perception)
- Coordinate with the E-commerce team to support commercial and campaign objectives
- Stay updated on consumer insights, market trends, and communication best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Communication, Mass Communication, or related fields
- At least 2 years of experience in Marketing Communication, Brand Communication, or related roles
- Strong understanding of brand building, integrated marketing communication, and storytelling
- Excellent communication and presentation skills and ability to translate brand strategy into clear messaging
- Ability to adapt communication strategy across platforms
- Understanding of performance-driven communication (awareness, engagement, conversion)
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strategic mindset with strong attention to detail
Nice to Have
- Experience in Beauty, Cosmetics, FMCG, or E-commerce industries
- Experience in developing integrated marketing communication or brand campaigns
Experience working with creative teams, agencies, or external partners
