Role Overview:
Miss Modern is looking for a Community Manager to build and maintain strong relationships within our brand ecosystem. This role is responsible for managing communications with influencers, stylists, partners, and customers to strengthen brand connection and create long-term relationships.
This position also plays an important role in coordinating KOL seeding, special gifting, and ensuring smooth communication between the brand and external partners.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys networking, relationship building, and being the connector between brand and people.
Key Responsibilities:
- Community & Relationship Management
- Manage relationships with KOLs, influencers, stylists, celebrity managers, and brand partners
- Maintain ongoing communication with Miss Modern community members
- Build long-term connections instead of one-time collaborations
- Support influencer seeding and relationship follow-ups
- Influencer & Partner Coordination
- Coordinate collaborations with influencers and partners
- Communicate campaign briefings and brand direction clearly
- Follow up deliverables and timelines
- Help identify potential KOLs aligned with brand positioning
- KOL Seeding & Special Gifting Coordination
- Coordinate product seeding for KOLs and brand partners
- Prepare and manage sending products to influencers, VIP customers, and special brand guests
- Coordinate internally with marketing and warehouse team for product preparation
- Track shipments and ensure successful delivery
- Maintain KOL seeding database and contact records
- Support special gifting initiatives for important brand relationships
- Customer & Brand Community Engagement
- Help strengthen Miss Modern customer community
- Support VIP customers and brand advocates
- Maintain positive brand relationships through thoughtful communication
- Brand Communication Support
- Assist with event guest coordination
- Support relationship building for brand campaigns and activations
- Help grow Miss Modern network within fashion and lifestyle industry
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized and detail oriented
- Good English and Thai communication
- Comfortable working with influencers and partners
- Positive personality with good energy
- Able to multitask and follow up effectively
Preferred:
- Experience in influencer marketing, PR, or community roles
- Experience in fashion or lifestyle brands
- Understanding of social media culture
- Strong networking personality
