เกี่ยวกับตำแหน่ง:
วางแผนและพัฒนา Social Media Strategy & Content ของ Dermaster บน TikTok, Instagram, Facebook และช่องทางอื่น ๆ เพื่อสร้าง Brand Awareness, Engagement และสนับสนุนยอดขาย โดยผสาน Beauty & Aesthetic Trends, Social Media Trends, Data และ AI Tools เพื่อสร้าง Content ที่ทันสมัย น่าสนใจ น่าเชื่อถือ และสะท้อนภาพลักษณ์ของ Dermaster
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ:
- วาง Social Media Strategy, Content Pillar และ Content Calendar ให้สอดคล้องกับ Brand, Campaign และ Marketing Objectives
- คิด Content Idea, Creative Concept, Hook, Script และ Storytelling สำหรับ TikTok, Instagram, Facebook และ Short-form Content
- พัฒนา Content ด้าน Beauty, Aesthetic, Skin, Hair, Surgery, Wellness, Doctor และ Treatment
- ใช้ AI / Generative AI Tools สำหรับ Research, Trend Analysis, Content Ideation, Copywriting, Script, Visual Reference และ Content Optimization
- ติดตาม Social Media Trends, Algorithm, Viral Content, Creator/Influencer Trends รวมถึง Beauty & Aesthetic Trends
- เปลี่ยนข้อมูล Treatment / Medical Information ให้เป็น Content ที่เข้าใจง่าย น่าสนใจ และเหมาะกับ Social Media
- จัดทำ Creative Brief, Moodboard, Script และ Shot List และทำงานร่วมกับ Doctor, Medical, Creative และ Production Team
- วิเคราะห์ Reach, Engagement, Views, Watch Time, Follower Growth, Leads และ Conversion พร้อมทดลอง Content ใหม่แบบ Test & Learn เพื่อพัฒนาผลลัพธ์อย่างต่อเนื่อง
- ดูแล Content ให้สอดคล้องกับ Brand Guideline และข้อกำหนดด้านการสื่อสารและโฆษณา Healthcare
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร:
- มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Social Media / Content Planning / Content Creator อย่างน้อย 2 ปี
- มี Passion ด้าน Beauty, Aesthetic, Skincare, Wellness และ Social Media
- เข้าใจ TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Social Media Trends และ Algorithm
- สามารถใช้ AI & Generative AI Tools ในงาน Content และ Social Media ได้จริง
- มี Creative Thinking, Storytelling และ Visual / Aesthetic Sense ที่ดี
- สามารถนำข้อมูล Medical หรือ Treatment มาพัฒนาเป็น Content ที่คนทั่วไปเข้าใจได้
- สามารถวิเคราะห์ Social Media Performance และนำ Data มาพัฒนา Content ได้
- หากมีประสบการณ์ในธุรกิจ Hospital, Aesthetic Clinic, Beauty Clinic, Skincare, Wellness หรือ Beauty Brand จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
