เป้าหมายของตำแหน่ง:
วางแผนและพัฒนา Social Media Strategy & Content ของ Seasons บน TikTok, Instagram, Facebook และช่องทางอื่น ๆ เพื่อสร้าง Brand Awareness, Engagement และสนับสนุนยอดขาย โดยผสาน Interior & Lifestyle Trends, Social Media Trends, Data และ AI Tools เพื่อสร้าง Content ที่ทันสมัย มีรสนิยม และสะท้อนตัวตนของแบรนด์
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ:
- วาง Social Media Strategy, Content Pillar และ Content Calendar ให้สอดคล้องกับ Brand & Marketing Direction
- คิด Content Idea, Creative Concept, Hook, Script และ Storytelling สำหรับ TikTok, Instagram, Facebook และ Short-form Content
- พัฒนา Content ด้าน Interior, Furniture, Home Styling, Design และ Lifestyle
- ใช้ AI / Generative AI Tools สำหรับ Research, Trend Analysis, Content Ideation, Copywriting, Script, Moodboard และ Content Optimization
- ติดตาม Social Media Trends, Algorithm, Viral Content, Creator Trends รวมถึง Interior & Lifestyle Trends ทั้งในและต่างประเทศ
- จัดทำ Creative Brief, Moodboard, Visual Reference และ Shot List และประสานงานกับทีม Creative, Designer และ Production
- วิเคราะห์ Reach, Engagement, Views, Watch Time, Follower Growth, Traffic และ Conversion เพื่อนำมาปรับ Content Strategy
- ทดลอง Content และ Format ใหม่ ๆ แบบ Test & Learn เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพและสร้างการเติบโตของ Social Media
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร:
- ปริญญาตรีด้าน Marketing, Communication Arts, Digital Media, Design หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้าน TikTok Content / Content Creator / Social Media อย่างน้อย 2 ปี
- หากมีประสบการณ์ในธุรกิจ Furniture, Interior, Home & Living, Lifestyle, Fashion หรือ Design จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มี Creative & Visual Sense และสนใจด้าน Interior, Home Styling และ Lifestyle
- เข้าใจ Social Media Platform, Algorithm และพฤติกรรมของกลุ่มผู้ใช้งาน
- มีทักษะ Hook, Script Writing และ Storytelling
- สามารถถ่ายและตัดต่อด้วย CapCut, Premiere Pro หรือโปรแกรมที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีความเข้าใจเรื่อง Composition, Mood & Tone และ Visual Branding
- มี Portfolio หรือ TikTok Account แสดงผลงานประกอบการสมัคร
