Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Strategy & Campaign Management
    • Assist in developing and executing marketing plans to achieve business objectives.
    • Plan and coordinate marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and traditional channels.
    • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Digital & Social Media Marketing
    • Manage social media accounts, creating engaging content and scheduling posts.
    • Assist in SEO, SEM, and paid advertising efforts to drive online traffic and conversions.
    • Collaborate with content creators, designers, and influencers for brand promotion.
  • Brand Management & Content Creation
    • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and platforms.
    • Develop marketing collateral such as brochures, presentations, and promotional materials.
    • Support the creation of blog posts, email marketing campaigns, and video content.
  • Market Research & Analysis
    • Conduct competitor and market analysis 
to identify trends and opportunities.
    • Collect and analyze customer feedback 
to improve marketing strategies.
    • Prepare reports on campaign effectiveness 
and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Event & Promotional Activities
    • Assist in planning and executing brand events, 
trade shows, and sponsorship activities.
    • Coordinate promotional activities 
with retailers and partners.
    • Monitor event performance and customer engagement.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing, 
digital marketing, or brand management.
  • Strong understanding of social media, SEO, 
Google Ads, and content marketing.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Analytics, 
and marketing tools.
  • Excellent communication and creativity skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in retail, fashion, FMCG, 
or e-commerce industries.
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools 
(Adobe Photoshop, Canva) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of influencer marketing and PR strategies.
