The Essence at KingSquare is a vibrant, premium lifestyle hub in Bangkok’s Rama 3 area. We operate as a unique “venture-building” ecosystem housing distinct businesses—from ultimate car care and unique dining concepts to entertainment and beauty services. This role offers the exciting challenge of strategically managing campaigns and budgets across units, including:
Auto Essence, The Ultimate Auto Spa
51 Bakehouse (Artisan Bakery)
Ubonudon (Craft Noodle Bar)
Finale Play Studio (Entertainment)
The Salonette (Hair Salon)
Your Mission: Drive Results and Execution
You will be the core link between the Business Development Director, the Content Creator, and the individual unit managers. Your primary goal is to plan, execute, and track marketing campaigns that successfully drive foot traffic, sales conversion, and brand awareness across the entire hub, ensuring a strong Return on Investment (ROI).
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning & Campaign Execution (60%):
- Develop and implement comprehensive quarterly marketing and promotional calendars tailored to the specific sales goals of each unit.
- Oversee the execution of both digital and traditional marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery andbrand consistency.
- Manage and coordinate the Content Creator to ensure content is aligned with strategic business objectives and promotions.
- Plan and manage on-site marketing and promotional events within The Essence common areas to drive community engagement and visits.
- Budget Management & Performance Analysis (40%):
- Manage the overall marketing budget, allocating funds effectively across all channels and units to maximize ROI.
- Track, analyze, and report on the performance of all campaigns (e.g., foot traffic, conversion rates, cost per acquisition).
- Use data insights (e.g., social media analytics, sales data) to provide actionable recommendations to the Business Development Director for future strategy refinement.
- Manage vendor and agency relationships (e.g., printing, media buying).
Qualifications We’re Looking For
- Proven experience (4+ years) in a Marketing Executive or Senior Marketing role, with a strong emphasis on execution, budget management, and performance tracking.
- Prior experience in the lifestyle, retail, F&B, or service sectors is highly preferred.
- Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in interpreting sales data and marketing metrics (ROI, conversion).
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple simultaneous campaigns and stakeholders.
- Fluency in both Thai and English (written and spoken) is essential for internal and external communication.
- Experience in social media paid advertising management (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager).
