Balance Climbing and Balance Prime are premium climbing and movement spaces focused on performance, wellness, and community. We create engaging experiences through fitness, events, and workshops across two gym brands.
Our passionate team of route setters, managers, and staff bring over 10 years of climbing experience to Balance Climbing. Led by our head setter and chief operations manager—both highly experienced climbers from the European scene—we are dedicated to elevating Balance Climbing and our services to an international standard of excellence.
Job Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage short-term and long-term marketing strategies across both brands
- Create and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, events, and workshops
- Lead special marketing activities including brand activations and collaborations
- Coordinate with internal teams and external third-party partners
- Manage timelines, resources, and on-ground execution
- Collect customer feedback, review results, and improve marketing activities accordingly
- Adapt quickly to changing situations and support event execution when required
Qualifications:
- Strong planning, organization, and project management skills
- Creative, proactive, and able to turn ideas into execution
- High level of responsibility and ownership
- Ability to work hands-on, adapt quickly, and manage real-time challenges
- Strong forward-thinking and planning ability
- Knowledge of climbing, sports, or familiarity with the fitness / wellness industry
- English language proficiency required (spoken and written)
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
