Role & Responsibilities:
- Define and develop the brand identity in alignment with the company’s vision and target audience
- Formulate long-term marketing strategies that position the brand effectively in the market
- Market research to understand industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity
- Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns (Digital, Print, events, etc.) to promote new collections, products, or brand initiatives.
- Collaborate with creative teams (Designers, Photographers, etc.) to produce engaging content for marketing
- Plan seasonal campaigns and major event or product launches
- Manage and grow the brand’s presence on social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) ensuring that the content resonates with the target audience
- Oversee SEO, PPC, and other digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic and sales
- Work with influencers, bloggers, and fashion communities to amplify the brand’s reach
- Build relationships with media outlets, fashion editors, and influencers
- Organize press releases, media events, and collaborations with high-profile individuals
- Manage the brand’s reputation through strategic PR efforts
- Develop content strategies, including photoshoots, lookbooks, and video campaigns that reflect the brand’s image
- Ensure that marketing content aligns with the brand’s tone and creative direction
- Work closely with designers and product teams to craft a compelling product narrative
- Set and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective campaigns that deliver high ROl
- Analyze the financial performance of marketing activities, tracking key metrics like sales uplift, customer acquisition costs, and campaign effectiveness
- Design loyalty programs, special offers, and exclusive events to enhance customer retention
- Work on strategies to personalize the customer experience across multiple touchpoints (e.g.,
- Email marketing, Social media)
- Collaborate with the e-commerce team to optimize the online shopping experience, including merchandising, promotions, and digital content
- Support retail teams with in-store marketing materials, window displays, and product launches
- Track and analyze marketing data (Sales, Web traffic, Conversion rates) to measure the success of
campaigns and make data driven decisions
- Provide regular reports to senior management, offering insights and recommendations for future strategies
- Organize product launches, and other high-profile events to showcase the brand’s latest collections and collaborations
- Partner with other brands or organizations for co-branded events or sponsorships that boost brand visibility
Qualification:
- Work experience in the fashion industry 2 – 3 years preferable
- Able to work effectively under pressure
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively across teams and with internal and external partners
- Strong analytical skills and data driven
- Strong management skills
- Interest in fashion or retail business
- Proficient in computer skills
