We are looking for a Marketing Manager who understands brand, content, performance marketing, and hospitality guest behavior. Someone who can craft a unified marketing direction for our resorts and restaurants, drive demand, shape storytelling, and elevate 
Muang Samui Group into a leading wellness lifestyle brand.
You will oversee strategy, manage campaigns across all digital and offline touchpoints, and lead a multi-project marketing ecosystem spanning hotels, spa, F&B outlets, and new lifestyle concepts.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and implement brand and marketing strategies 
for both resorts and all MSG F&B outlets
  • Oversee content, social media, digital ads, CRM, email, SEO, 
and performance marketing
  • Plan and execute campaigns that drive occupancy, 
F&B revenue, wellness programs, and brand awareness
  • Collaborate with Sales, Operations, F&B, Spa, and Guest Experience teams to ensure consistent communication
  • Lead storytelling and content concepts for social media, influencers, PR, and digital assets
  • Track performance, analyze data, and optimize campaigns and content for better results
  • Oversee digital customer journeys — from discovery 
to booking to staying experience
  • Manage brand consistency across all properties, menus, signage, and guest touchpoints
  • Work with external partners (photographers, videographers, agencies) to deliver high-quality output
  • Stay ahead of trends in hospitality, wellness, social media, 
and digital platforms

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Strategy & Planning.
    • Build and execute annual and quarterly marketing plans 
for the Resorts, F&B, Spa, Wellness, and lifestyle concepts.
    • Conduct research on guest insights, competitor trends, 
and market positioning to inform strategies.
  • Digital & Social Media Management.
    • Oversee all digital channels including Instagram, TikTok, 
Facebook, Google business, website, and paid media.
    • Plan and manage content calendars, monthly campaigns, and daily posting workflows with the internal team and SMM.
  • Campaign Management.
    • Lead promotions, seasonal campaigns, room packages, events, and F&B activations.
    • Highlight entertainment, wellness activities, day–night experiences, and signature brand moments.
  • Team Leadership and Department Management.
    • Lead and manage the marketing team, including Marketing Specialists, Content Creators, Graphic Designers
    • Hold regular team meetings, review KPIs, track progress, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Brand Development & Creative Direction.
    • Maintain consistent brand identity across all MSG 
properties and outlets.
    • Direct content shoots, visual style, video production, 
and messaging.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration.
    • Work with Sales on demand generation, promotions, 
partnerships, and B2B/B2C synergy.
    • Support Operations & F&B teams with menus, signage, 
storytelling, and guest touchpoints.
  • Performance Analysis & Reporting.
    • Monitor marketing performance: engagement, reach, 
conversions, ROAS, bookings, and F&B footfall.
    • Present weekly and monthly reports with insights and next steps.

Qualifications:

  • All genders, age 32–40
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably hospitality, F&B, or lifestyle brands
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, 
content creation, and performance ads
  • Experience working with photographers, videographers, influencers, and agencies
  • Ability to manage multiple brands and projects simultaneously
  • Strong leadership, communication, and strategic thinking
  • Creative, proactive, organized, and able to work well under pressure
  • Fluent Thai with strong English reading and writing skills
  • Passion for hospitality, wellness, dining, and guest experience 
is a plus
