Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Strategy & Brand Positioning
    • Develop and implement a marketing strategy that aligns with Rhodes Bangkok’s brand identity and business goals.
    • Position Rhodes Bangkok as a must-visit nightlife venue, enhancing its reputation in Bangkok and beyond.
    • Identify market trends and customer preferences to refine marketing strategies.
  • Event Promotion & Campaign Management
    • Lead marketing efforts for weekly events, special guest performances, and themed nights.
    • Oversee promotional campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, digital ads, influencer partnerships, and traditional media.
    • Collaborate with DJs, artists, and event organizers to maximize event attendance.
  • Social Media Management & Content Creation
    • Manage and grow Rhodes Bangkok’s social media platforms, ensuring engaging and consistent content.
    • Oversee content creation (photos, videos, graphics) that showcase the venue’s unique atmosphere and events.
    • Develop influencer collaborations to expand reach and engagement.
  • Customer Engagement & Community Building
    • Develop strategies to retain and engage customers, including loyalty programs and exclusive experiences.
    • Maintain strong relationships with VIP guests, influencers, and industry professionals.
    • Organize interactive campaigns, contests, and user-generated content initiatives.
  • Performance Analysis & Optimization
    • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as foot traffic, ticket sales, online engagement, and campaign ROI.
    • Analyze customer insights and market trends to optimize marketing efforts.
    • Use data-driven decision-making to improve event attendance and brand reach.
  • Partnerships & Public Relations
    • Develop strategic partnerships with liquor brands, lifestyle companies, and travel platforms.
    • Secure media coverage through PR initiatives, collaborations, and press releases.
    • Work with photographers, videographers, and designers to maintain high-quality branding materials.
  • Budgeting & Financial Oversight
    • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective campaigns with high ROI.
    • Negotiate advertising contracts, influencer deals, and promotional partnerships.
    • Monitor expenses and allocate resources to high-impact marketing activities.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience & Industry Knowledge
    • 3–5 years of marketing experience in nightlife, hospitality, or entertainment.
    • Deep understanding of nightlife culture, audience preferences, and event promotion strategies.
    • Established connections with DJs, influencers, and media professionals in Bangkok.
  • Marketing & Digital Expertise
    • Strong knowledge of social media marketing (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube).
    • Experience with paid advertising (Facebook Ads, Google Ads) and SEO strategies.
    • Ability to create compelling marketing campaigns that drive foot traffic and engagement.
  • Creativity & Content Development
    • Ability to conceptualize and execute innovative marketing ideas.
    • Experience working with designers, photographers, and videographers to produce high-quality content.
    • A strong eye for branding and visual aesthetics.
  • Analytical & Organizational Skills
    • Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics tools to measure marketing success.
    • Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
    • Strong project management and budgeting skills.
  • Networking & Relationship Building
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to build relationships with key industry figures, media, and potential partners.
    • Passion for nightlife and an understanding of what makes a great event experience.
