Job Summary:
The Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of Social Diamond’s brand. This position involves overseeing the company’s social media presence, managing digital marketing efforts, and ensuring brand consistency across all platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, social media strategy, and a proven track record of driving sales and generating leads with a focus on both domestic and international markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Execute Social Media Strategy:
- Oversee and manage the social media plan to grow Social Diamond’s Instagram and other social media platforms.
- Collaborate with the Content Creator and Social Media Specialist to ensure consistent, engaging, and on-brand content.
- Manage Digital Marketing Initiatives:
- Work closely with digital marketing agencies to run effective ad campaigns aimed at increasing online sales.
- Monitor and optimize digital ad performance to ensure a positive return on investment (ROI).
- Implement SEO strategies to improve website visibility and organic traffic.
Key Responsibilities (continued):
- Expand Brand Presence Across Platforms:
- Identify and initiate opportunities to establish Social Diamond’s presence on new and emerging social media and digital platforms.
- Research and recommend new platforms and trends that align with Social Diamond’s target audience.
- Drive Lead Generation and Sales:
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns that generate leads for both offline stores and online sales.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand their needs and provide marketing support to help close sales.
- Brand Management:
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing channels.
- Develop marketing materials and content that reflect the brand’s voice and values.
- Analytics and Reporting:
- Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve overall marketing performance.
- Budget Management:
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum impact.
- Track expenses and ensure marketing activities stay within budget.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role, preferably in the luxury or fashion industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media strategy, and SEO.
- Experience working with digital marketing agencies and managing ad campaigns.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to think strategically and creatively.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools
