Responsibilities:

  • Brand Consistency
    • Ensure that new products align with the brand’s identity and aesthetic.
    • Develop content and marketing materials that reflect the new product’s value proposition for 3 accounts.
  • Content and Campaign Execution
    • Create engaging content and promotional campaigns to support new product launches.
    • Work on the visual and retail design aspects to enhance product appeal.
  • Market Feedback
    • Gather and analyze consumer feedback from social media and other channels.
    • Provide insights to both the Marketing Manager and product development team.

Work Process:

  • Product Development Coordination:
    • The Marketing Manager conducts market research, generates product ideas, and coordinates with the product development team.
    • The Marketing Executive provides branding input and collaborates on promotional content with the product development team.
  • Content Creation Process:
    • The Marketing Manager sets the content strategy and approves major campaigns.
    • The Marketing Executive reviews content, coordinates with the content team, and ensures brand consistency, collaborating with the design team as needed.
  • Marketing Campaign Execution:
    • The Marketing Manager develops the campaign strategy, monitors performance, and adjusts the strategy.
    • The Marketing Executive executes campaigns, engages with the community, and reports on content performance.
    • Coordination with Other Departments:
    • The Marketing Manager communicates with the product development team and coordinates with the finance team.
    • The Marketing Executive collaborates with the design team and works with the customer service team.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields
  • 3-5 years in solid working experience in social media or digital in-house, agencies or project management. 
  • Facebook advertising and AdWords advertising knowledge/experience
  • Able to communicate in English as well.
  • Having positive attitude with eager to learn.
  • Good command in Thai and English and Excellent communication skills.
  • Skills: Creativity, Ability in planning and coordination, & Positive attitude.
  • Comfortable with multi-stage/complex sales processes.
