Be the engine behind RISE COFFEE launches and campaigns. You’ll turn ideas into action—coordinating teams, keeping timelines tight, supporting collaborations, and making sure everything goes out on time and on-brand.

Responsibilities
- Lead coordination for product/menu launches—from brief to rollout across storefront + ops
- Translate ideas into clear briefs for design/content (what to make, why it matters, when it’s due)
- Own marketing timelines and weekly priorities; keep projects moving and unblock fast
- Coordinate partnerships and brand collabs inquiries—collect needs, align internally, drive next steps
- Support offline activations/pop-ups and ensure smooth on-ground execution
- Keep core marketing info organized and share the latest updates/assets across teams
- Support customer communication—fast, friendly, and on-brand (RISE COFFEE tone)
Requirements
- 1-3 years in marketing coordination / project coordination / ops roles
- Strong follow-up + organization: timelines, checklists, attention to detail
- Confident communicator who can work with both creative and operations teams
- Comfortable juggling multiple moving parts
- Knowledge and passion for coffee / F&B / lifestyle retail is a big plus
