About the role
We are looking for a driven and creative Marketing & Sales Executive to grow the online presence and hit sales targets for both the MODU and Sassy Baby brands. This is an equal parts marketing and sales role — you’ll be as comfortable crafting compelling content as you are analysing conversion data and optimising our Shopee store and website for revenue. Key Responsibilities

  • Online Sales & eCommerce
    • Own and be accountable for monthly online sales targets across both MODU and Sassy Baby brands.
    • Manage and optimise product listings on Shopee and the online store to brand websites to maximise visibility and conversions.
    • Plan and execute platform promotions, flash sales, and campaign participation (e.g. Shopee 11.11, payday sales) to drive revenue.
    • Monitor store performance metrics — traffic, conversion rates, basket size, and revenue — and act on insights to continuously improve results.
    • Identify and recommend new opportunities to enhance grow online sales.
  • Digital Marketing & Social Media
    • Plan, create, and schedule engaging social media content for MODU on Instagram with the goal of driving traffic and sales.
    • Develop and maintain a content calendar aligned to product launches, promotions, and key seasonal moments.
    • Manage paid digital campaigns to drive traffic, grow audiences, and hit sales goals.
    • Engage with the online community — responding to comments, DMs, and building brand loyalty.
    • Support occasional KOL/influencer outreach to boost brand awareness and product visibility.
  • Content & Brand
    • Create conversion-focused content (product videos, reels, banners, copy) that reflects MODU’s brand identity and supports sales across both brands.
    • Ensure brand consistency across Shopee, the website, and all social channels for both MODU and Sassy Baby.
  • Analytics & Reporting
    • Track and report on key metrics including online revenue, traffic, engagement, ad performance, and sales targets.
    • Provide regular performance updates to management with data-backed recommendations.

You will be measured on: online revenue growth, Shopee store performance, website traffic and conversion, and social media engagement.

What we’re looking for

  • 1–3 years of experience in a digital marketing, eCommerce, or online sales role.
  • Hands-on experience managing a Shopee seller account and/or an eCommerce website.
  • Proven track record of growing online sales, not just social media followings.
  • Experience running paid social campaigns (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads) and/or Shopee Ads.
  • Creative eye for content with basic design skills (Canva, Adobe, or similar).
  • Strong analytical mindset — comfortable using data to make decisions and report on performance.
  • Highly organised and self-motivated, with the ability to manage two brands simultaneously.
  • A passion for kids’ lifestyle or consumer brands is a strong plus.
