Job Summary

We are seeking a creative, results-driven marketing & social media to lead strategic marketing initiatives that enhance brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical and creative skills with hands-on experience across digital and traditional marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Social Media
    • Develop and execute social media strategies and campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and sales.
    • Develop, curate, and manage engaging content across social media, blogs, newsletters, websites, and marketing materials, ensuring a consistent brand voice. Plan, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns across digital (website, email, Google, e-commerce, display) and offline channels, while managing customer communications promptly and professionally.
    • Set up, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Google, and other relevant channels.
    • Track, analyze, and report campaign performance (ROI, KPIs) using tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, and ad platform dashboards, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
    • Identify and collaborate with influencers and media partners to expand brand reach.
    • Actively engage with online communities, responding to comments and inquiries in a timely, brand-aligned manner.
    • Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and advertising best practices, and incorporate them into strategy.
  • Marketing
    • Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and brand guidelines.
    • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and improve performance.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams — including business development, design, sales, and leadership — to align marketing efforts with company goals.
    • Support promotional events, trade shows, and product launches, including the development of marketing collateral.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in social media, marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational, project management, and analytical abilities.
  • Familiarity with SEO, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a cross-functional team.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to produce clear, data-driven reports.
  • Excellent command of English; open to all nationalities. Work permit and visa support provided if required.
