Job Summary:
As the Tenant Marketing Specialist, you will translate brand strategy into hands-on marketing support that helps tenants grow their presence and drive sales within the community. You will identify opportunities to feature them across our online and offline channels; from CRM, social media to on-ground activations and events. Acting as their primary marketing supporter to ensure every tenant feels visible and set up for commercial success.
Responsibilities:
- Marketing & Commercial Support
- Support tenant marketing campaigns and activations, helping tenants promote themselves effectively across online, offline, and CRM channels
- Own, manage, and monitor theCOMMONS CRM platform as your primary marketing tool, bridging tenant offline campaigns into targeted online promotions, loyalty mechanics, and outreach that convert awareness into in-store sales
- Own and manage in-space media placements, ensuring every tenant gets visibility within the space
- Continuously track tenant sales performance and community engagement to identify growth opportunities, upsell potential, and tenants at risk
- Tenant Relations
- Serve as the main point of contact for all tenants across theCOMMONS locations, building strong relationships through proactive check-ins, not just problem-solving
- Onboard new tenants on brand guidelines, community standards, and marketing opportunities available to them
- Collect tenant feedback and surface insights to the team
Qualifications:
- Equal parts people person and marketing operator. You build trust quickly and turn it into results
- Comfortable moving between CRM, physical media, and live activations
- Data-aware enough to spot when a tenant is thriving or at risk and proactive enough to act on it
- Highly organized and self-directed across multiple tenants and timelines
- Fluent in English and Thai
- Comfortable being responsive and working off-hours when needed
