We are looking for a highly motivated Marketing Specialist & Performance Lead to join our close-knit team of passionate, supportive individuals.

Job Description
- Develop integrated marketing campaigns that align with customer behavior and business goals
- Strategically manage and optimize paid media across platforms: TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, Instagram, Facebook, and more
- Analyze data and marketing dashboards to make insight-driven decisions
- Drive brand growth through PR, influencer campaigns, and KOL management
- Supervise content direction to ensure it aligns with audience insights and platform dynamics
- Take full ownership of sales performance and ensure growth targets are met
- Prepare monthly sales performance reports and present key insights to the brand team.
- Collaborate directly with the Media/Content team and brand leads to align vision and execution
Requirement
- Minimum of 2–3 years of progressively responsible experience in strategic marketing, preferably within the fashion industry
- Demonstrated ability to independently lead and execute successful marketing campaigns, with tangible proof of outcomes.
- Proficiency in key advertising and analytics platforms, including Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Shopee Ads (Google Ads and Google Analytics Optional)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem solving, Creativity, and presentation skills, with a positive and engaging personality.
- Strong analytical and business skills, with the ability to see the bigger picture, apply the right tools, and make data-driven decisions that drive results.
- Deep understanding of market trends and consumer behavior, with a customer-centric approach to audience segmentation, and able to comprehensively understand the brand’s customer journey mapping.
- Passionate about growing with a small brand, while understanding of its current limitations; must be proactive, adaptable, and aligned with the brand’s long-term vision and values.
- Able to work independently and stay self-motivated in a remote work environment, maintaining productivity with minimal supervision.
