Ananta Jewelry, Thailand’s leading luxury jewelry brand, is looking for a highly driven and strategic Brand & Marketing Strategy Associate to join our growing team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with the CEO, playing a key part in driving the brand’s direction, aligning cross-functional teams, and ensuring marketing initiatives are executed with consistency, creativity, and clarity.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead recruitment for key roles across teams (Sales, Marketing, Design, Strategy, etc.)
  • Define what “right fit” means for us — beyond just resumes
  • Build talent pipelines and attract candidates who share our values
  • Drive onboarding experiences that make people feel proud from day one
  • Partner with management to build career paths, feedback loops, 
 and performance culture

  • Plan people initiatives that reflect our brand identity 
 and long-term direction

  • Co-design workshops, small learning labs, 
 and creative team-building activities

  • Create a positive, sustainable, and inspiring work environment


What We’re Looking For:

  • Age 26–33, with a Bachelor’s degree or higher in HR, Psychology, Communications, or related fields

  • 2–5 years of experience in Recruitment, Employer Branding, or People Development

  • Strong sense of brand and culture; understands people like a marketer understands customers

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across all levels

  • Creative thinker with strong emotional intelligence and a proactive mindset

  • Familiar with Google Workspace; 
 bonus if you can use Canva, TikTok, or HR tools

  • Bonus points for experience in retail, fashion, luxury, or fast-growing environments
