About Us
We’re a new gourmet diner spot in Bangkok serving fun, bold, quality comfort food. No big corporate vibes — just a small team that loves good ingredients, creativity and positive energy. We’re looking for a restaurant manager who’s passionate, hands-on, and ready to help build something fresh.

Your Role
As Restaurant & Operations Manager, you are responsible for the day-to-day operations of our flagship store and play a key role in scaling the brand, building teams, and optimizing processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service and excellent guest experiences
  • Build, recruit, onboard, and develop the service and operations teams
  • Lead and retain a high-performing team with clear standards and culture
  • Create scalable staff structures, schedules, workflows including SOP
  • Control labor costs, operational expenses, and monitor KPIs
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and operational standards (HACCP oversight)
  • Act as the operational interface between restaurant, suppliers, and management
  • Maintain a start-up mindset: hands-on, flexible, and solution-oriented

What You Bring

  • Proven experience in restaurant or hospitality operations management
  • Strong team-building and leadership skills
  • Excellent planning, organization, and execution abilities
  • Solid understanding of cost control, KPIs, and operational efficiency
  • Guest-focused and adaptable to a fast-growing start-up environment

Age range: 25 – 40 years

Requirements

  • Experience as Restaurant Manager, Operations Manager, or similar leadership role
  • Hospitality or operational experience
  • Start-up or growth-stage experience is a plus
  • Fluent in Thai and English
