Job Description
- Plan campaigns with coupons, giveaways or contests to bring attention to and create interest in one of the organization’s products or services.
- Plan campaigns alongside modern trade customers and create individual marketing plans based on their needs.
- Undertake market research studies and analyses the results in order to better understand the market and customer tastes.
- Gathering data on campaign success, often through collecting audience feedback
- Assisting with the setup, facilitation and completion of marketing events
- Overseeing the design and graphics of marketing materials
- Conducting market research to better understand the marketing needs of the Organization and its target audience
- Review current marketing trends and advertisements to determine the effectiveness of different styles and strategies
- Analyze sales numbers in comparison to the marketing budget in order to find the profit margin and which campaigns were most effective
- Research competitors to stay current with similar products or services on the market
- Work with the sales department to develop successful strategies and campaigns that attract new customers and keep current clients
- Collaborate with executives regarding the budget and the direction of the company
- Create and maintain a successful brand and image that attracts customers to the product or service
- Develop marketing strategies for new products or services that comply with current company standards
Qualification
- Male or Female
- Thai National with a good level of English.
- Experience in Restaurant/ Food Retail marketing is essential.
- Basic Graphic design program knowledge (Canva/ Adobe)
- Experience in all major social media.
- Experience of e Commerce Marketing (WordPress)
Salary: Negotiable
Location: Sukhumvit 105, Bangkok (Based at the head office and across restaurant locations)
