Raklita Co., Ltd., the company behind Healios (cosmetics) and Mystylebylalita (jewelry), is looking for a strategic, creative, and relationship-driven PR & KOL Specialist to shape a strong and authentic brand image across platforms.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ:
- วางกลยุทธ์ในการเลือก Kol และดูแลภาพลักษณ์แบรนด์ PR (Healios & Mystylebylalita) ให้ตรงกลุ่มเป้าหมายในทุกแพลตฟอร์ม
- สร้างและบริหารจัดการระบบ PR และ KOL อย่างครบวงจร
- จัดทำลิสต์รายชื่ออินฟลูเอนเซอร์ รวมถึงติดต่อ, บรีฟงาน, ติดตามผล และวัดผลลัพธ์
- เป็นตัวแทนแบรนด์ในการสร้างความสัมพันธ์ระยะยาว กับ KOL และ Influencer ที่มีคุณภาพ
- ร่วมวางแผนและประสานงานในแคมเปญต่างๆ เช่น การเปิดตัวคอลเลคชั่น การถ่ายแบบ และการทำกิจกรรมการตลาด
- ติดตามและรวบรวมรีวิวจากลูกค้าจริงในโซเชียลมีเดีย เพื่อจัดทำโพสต์หรือเนื้อหาให้ทีมคอนเทนต์
- สามารถเป็นส่วนหนึ่งในคอนเทนต์ ออกกล้องหรือพูดในคลิปได้
- ทำงานร่วมกับทีมโฆษณาและคอนเทนต์ เพื่อคัดเลือกสื่อหรือ KOL ที่เหมาะสมกับแต่ละช่วงเวลา และติดตามผล เพื่อพัฒนาอยู่เสมอ
- ทำงานใกล้ชิดกับ CEO และทีมครีเอทีฟโดยตรง
คุณสมบัติที่เรามองหา:
- มีประสบการณ์ตรงในสาย PR/ KOL/ Influencer Marketing ไม่น้อยกว่า 1 ปี
- มีความรู้และเชี่ยวชาญในด้านโซเชียลมีเดีย ทั้ง Tiktok, Instagram, Lemon 8, และ X
- มีความเข้าใจในแบรนด์, กลุ่มลูกค้า Gen Z และสามารถสื่อสารภาพลักษณ์แบรนด์อย่างมีชั้นเชิง
- สื่อสารเก่ง มีวาทศิลป์ในการเลือกใช้ภาษา (พูดเก่ง เขียนดี เข้าใจ mood & tone)
- เข้าใจเทรนด์ความงาม แฟชั่น ไลฟ์สไตล์ และสามารถเชื่อมโยงสิ่งเหล่านี้กับกลยุทธ์แบรนด์ได้
- ใช้เครื่องมือพื้นฐานได้ดี เช่น Excel, ChatGPT, Canva, Capcut เป็นต้น
- มีความรู้ด้าน Branding และการตลาด สามารถช่วยเสนอไอเดียและร่วมวางแผนแคมเปญได้
- สื่อสารได้ดีทั้งภาษาไทยและอังกฤษ (พูด/ เขียน)
- บุคลิกดี มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ ยืดหยุ่นสูง และพร้อมเติบโตไปกับแบรนด์

Key Responsibilities:
- Strategically select and manage KOLs and PR activities to align with brand identity and target audience (Healios & Mystylebylalita).
- Build and operate a full-scale PR and KOL management system.
- Create and manage influencer lists: contact, brief, coordinate, and analyze campaign results.
- Represent the brand and build long-term relationships with high-quality KOLs and influencers.
- Co-plan and coordinate campaigns such as box sets, collection launches, photoshoots, and marketing activations.
- Collect and track real customer reviews on social media and translate them into content briefs.
- Be willing to appear on camera or participate in content for selected campaigns.
- Collaborate with the content and ad team to select the right KOLs at the right moment, and iterate based on performance.
- Work closely with the CEO and the creative team.
Who We’re Looking For:
- At least 1 year of experience in PR, KOL, or Influencer Marketing.
- Strong knowledge of platforms like TikTok, Instagram, Lemon8, and X (Twitter).
- Deep understanding of brand identity, Gen Z audience, and tone-of-voice communication.
- Exceptional communicator — both in writing and speaking. Great with language, tone, and storytelling.
- Trend-savvy in beauty, fashion, and lifestyle, and can turn that into actionable brand strategy.
- Proficient with basic tools: Excel, ChatGPT, Canva, CapCut, etc.
- Branding & marketing literate — able to contribute ideas and support campaign planning.
- Fluent in Thai and English (speaking & writing).
- Friendly, professional, adaptive, and ready to grow with the brand.
Working Days: Monday–Friday
