We are looking for a strategic and creative Social Media Manager to elevate AIMER’S digital presence and engage our growing community.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Public Relations:
    • Develop and execute a compelling PR strategy to enhance brand visibility in fashion, lifestyle, and luxury media.
    • Build and nurture strong relationships with editors, stylists, journalists, and fashion influencers.
    • Draft and distribute press releases, media kits, lookbooks, and seasonal campaign pitches.
    • Manage PR events, product launches, showroom appointments, and fashion week activations.
  • Marketing Strategy:
    • Collaborate on integrated marketing campaigns that align with brand positioning and seasonal storytelling.
    • Coordinate with digital teams to ensure cohesive messaging across web, social, and email platforms.
    • Identify and activate partnerships, collaborations, and sponsorships that align with AlMER’s image.
  • Influencer & Talent Management:
    • Curate and manage influencer partnerships, gifting programs, and brand ambassador initiatives.
    • Track coverage, performance metrics, and engagement for influencer and PR efforts.
  • Brand Content & Visuals:
    • Work closely with the creative team on photoshoots and campaign development to ensure materials resonate with press and consumers.
    • Support content creation and editorial planning across platforms.Reporting & Analysis:
    • Monitor and report on PR coverage, campaign results, media impressions, and KPls.
    • Use data insights to refine outreach, messaging, and campaign performance.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • 2-5+ years in fashion / luxury PR and marketing, preferably within a brand or agency setting.
  • Strong press and influencer network across fashion, beauty, lifestyle, and luxury sectors.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a flair for storytelling.
  • Experience executing integrated marketing and PR campaigns with measurable success.
  • Deep understanding of brand positioning, market segmentation, and media strategy.
  • Proficiency in PR software / tools and social media platforms.
  • Passion for affordable luxury fashion, trend awareness, and cultural sensitivity.
