We are seeking an experienced Producer / Project Manager who thrives in the fast-paced production world. This role blends creative production expertise with strong project management skills.
You will oversee projects from kickoff to final delivery — managing teams, schedules, budgets, and ensuring that every detail is accounted for. We are looking for someone who is a natural leader,
an expert multitasker, and has an extreme attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, production, and execution of multiple projects simultaneously.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, deliverables, and resources.
- Delegate tasks effectively to internal teams (creative, post-production, freelance) and external vendors.
- Act as the primary point of contact between clients, creative teams, and senior management.
- Identify potential risks and proactively offer solutions to keep projects on track.
- Maintain clear and constant communication with all project stakeholders.
- Foster strong relationships with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth collaboration and project success.
Qualifications:
- 2-3+ years of experience as a Producer, Project Manager, or in a similar role in the production industry.
- Proven experience managing commercial, branded content, or social media production projects, or project managing accounts of varying sizes.
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multitask across multiple projects.
- Extreme attention to detail
- Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to develop and maintain positive client and team relationships.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Thai National.
