Lobster Media | KOL & PR marketing agency
Lobster Media is a KOL and PR marketing agency working with entertainment and media clients in Thailand. We are currently looking for a Project Manager to lead and execute campaigns—primarily for a major entertainment client.
Role Overview:
You will act as the main point of contact (POC) for campaigns, managing everything from ideation to execution. You’ll work closely with internal teams, clients, and creators to ensure smooth delivery and strong campaign results.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for the client — owning communication, timelines, and expectations throughout every campaign
- Lead campaign ideation and concept development, including reward mechanics and creator incentive structures
- Coordinate KOL selection, outreach, and activation aligned with campaign objectives
- Manage end-to-end campaign execution — from kickoff through delivery and wrap
- Work closely with community admins to maintain and engage creator communities
- Coordinate internally with the Social Media Strategist, Graphic Designer, and Admin to keep deliverables on schedule
- Produce weekly report updates and full post-campaign reports for client review
Qualifications:
- Strong project management and coordination skills
- Able to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving ability
- Data-driven work ethics
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Nice to Have (Plus Points):
- Good command of English
- Experience in influencer marketing / entertainment / agency work
- Strong skills in Google Sheets (formulas, tracking, basic data analysis)
- Familiar with tools like Notion, Canva, Google Workspace
- Basic understanding of social media trends (especially TikTok)
