Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by offering personalized styling advice and in-depth product knowledge
- Assist customers throughout their shopping journey, from product selection to after-sales service
- Ensure that the store is clean, well-organized, and visually aligned with brand standards
- Replenish merchandise and maintain accurate stock levels on the sales floor
- Achieve personal and store sales targets through effective communication and upselling techniques
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, including VIP clients and regular shoppers
- Handle transactions accurately using the POS system
- Stay updated on new collections, and the brand story to communicate with customers effectively
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field
- Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in fashion, luxury brands
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset
- Passion for fashion, with the ability to provide styling suggestions tailored to each customer
- Friendly, enthusiastic, and service-oriented personality
- Basic computer skills and experience with POS systems
- Well-groomed appearance and professional demeanor
- Good command of English
