Responsibilities:
- Coordination with Internal Departments and Agency or External Organization
- Response in daily sales & marketing operation, prepare documents related to administration/accounting papers to meet the requested timeline
- Conduct logistics activities and deal with export/import procedures by coordinating with internal departments, external agencies or government authorities
- Provide and proofread shipping documents (B/L, FTA Form, Invoice, Packing List etc.) with customs or forwarder to overseas clients.
- International Business Administration and Management
- Work as brand’s principal (company representative) to communicate, establish relationships and support business growth with overseas partners
- Support overseas distributors business
- Be part of team members to execute activities in time with quality
- Able to handle occurred issues and make sure business runs smoothly
Qualification/Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in International Business Management, Business Administration, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, or a Related Field
- At least 1-2 years’ experience in Logistics, Export/Import or Business Administration
- Fresh graduated are welcome
- Have knowledge in international transportation and distribution operations
- Strong attention to detail
- Good interpersonal, collaborative skills
- Proactive, self-motivated able to learn and adapt to changing environments
- Good in English communications skills (TOEIC >= 550 Basic Working Level)
