Key Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic thinking across brand and marketing communication projects
- Interpret business, brand, and communication briefs with clarity and depth
- Identify key challenges, opportunities, and growth spaces for brands
- Develop positioning, communication direction, messaging frameworks, campaign narratives, and strategic recommendations
- Translate strategy into actionable communication and marketing plans
- Oversee project execution to ensure work aligns with the intended strategy and quality standard
- Coordinate with internal teams, creative partners, and clients to move projects from idea to implementation
- Track project performance, assess outcomes, and provide strategic evaluation and optimization recommendations
- Lead strategic discussions, present confidently to clients, and help guide decision-making
- Contribute to better frameworks, tools, workflows, and AI-enabled ways of working for the team
Qualifications:
- Strong experience in brand strategy, marketing communication, campaign planning, or strategic planning
- Strong understanding of how business, brand, communication, execution, and performance work together
- Excellent analytical, synthesis, presentation, and project management skills
- Able to lead conversations with clients and collaborate across functions and partners
- Able to turn strategic thinking into practical action plans and execution direction
- Comfortable reviewing work, monitoring progress, and evaluating effectiveness
- Proactive, curious, and confident in challenging briefs with substance
- Familiarity with AI tools, modern strategic workflows, and reporting methods is a strong plus
Experience: 3-5 years
Salary: 40k+ THB
