• Springfield @ Sea – A beachfront resort offering relaxed coastal stays, leisure facilities and lifestyle F&B, popular with weekenders, families and regional traveller
• Springfield Village – A resort and golf-focused destination centred around Springfield Royal Country Club, catering to golfers, groups, events, wellness and longer stays.
Both properties are operated as one portfolio, with shared strategy, systems and commercial direction, managed from Head Office in Bangkok.
Role Overview:
Lead brand, digital marketing and communications, ensuring lifestyle positioning with measurable commercial return.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Strategy & Brand Leadership
- Develop and execute a portfolio-wide marketing and brand strategy aligned with commercial priorities, seasonality and target segments
- Own brand positioning, tone of voice and visual identity, ensuring consistency across all guest and sales touchpoints.
- Support asset enhancement, repositioning and new initiatives with clear marketing objectives and timelines.
- Demand Generation & Campaign Management
- Plan and deliver integrated marketing campaigns (digital, social, content, partnerships) designed to drive measurable demand.
- Work closely with Revenue and Sales to align campaigns with pricing, offers and demand gaps.
- Build promotional calendars that support shoulder periods, need dates and yield optimisation.
- Digital & Content Management
- Oversee website content, social media channels, EDMs and digital storytelling.
- Manage content production including photography, video and copywriting.
- Ensure all content supports conversion, not just awareness.
- Budget, ROI & Performance Accountability
- Own marketing budgets with clear ROI, CPA and revenue contribution targets.
- Track and report campaign performance across traffic, conversion, bookings and revenue.
- Continuously optimise spend based on performance insights.
- Agency & Partner Management
- Manage external agencies, creatives and influencers with defined scopes and KPIs.
- Ensure agency outputs are commercially aligned and cost effective.
- Sales Team and On-Site Support
- Support Sales, MICE and Commercial teams with sales collateral, presentations and brand-aligned communication tools.
- Ensure on-property communications reinforce brand positioning and upsell opportunities
Experience Required:
- • 5+ years hospitality or lifestyle marketing experience
Qualifications:
- Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
- Fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing and listening)
