Roles & Responsibilities

  • Reply to customer messages and comments on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LINE in a polite and timely manner.
  • Manage booking requests, reservations, and inquiries through social media and chat platforms.
  • Provide accurate information about menu, promotions, and services to customers online.
  • Record and organize bookings, ensuring smooth coordination with the restaurant team.
  • Escalate complaints or special requests to the manager/owner when necessary.
  • Must be able to speak Thai fluently and English at an intermediate level.
  • Must be able to use various platforms effectively and set up official accounts when required.

Probation period : 3 Months
Working Days/Hours : TBA (Maximum 8 hours with 1 day off)
others : Staff Meal Included (with uniform)
