EKM6 | Community
We’re looking for a friendly, proactive team member to help connect our pet-friendly, plant-based community with our social media channels. You’ll work closely with our marketing team, support real-time updates, and help our community grow through everyday online interactions and shared moments.
Responsibilities
- Schedule and post content across all social media platforms
- Publish content based on existing plans and adjust when needed
- Ensure consistent communication across all social channels
- Respond to customer inquiries on all platforms using the brand’s tone of voice
- Support engagement through regular community interaction
(e.g. reposting stories, quick updates, simple photo/video snaps) - Create simple visuals or small posters when needed
- Support Google Review responses and basic Google Ads coordination
- Work closely with the Marketing and Communication teams
Qualifications
- A passion for meeting people and collaboration
- Pet lover and comfortable in a pet-friendly environment
- Interest in plant-based, wellness, or lifestyle communities
- Strong communication skills in Thai and conversational English
- Comfortable using social media platforms
- Able to take simple photos/videos and use basic tools such as Canva or CapCut
- Basic understanding of Google Ads and experience managing or responding to Google Reviews
Experience: 1-2 years
Working Schedule: 5 working days/week, 4 days off per month (excluding weekends)
Location: Ekkamai soi 6, Bangkok
