Key Responsibilities
- Oversee our social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, and LINE Broadcast.
- Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and engage with the audience effectively.
- Assist in developing the monthly content plan for all social media channels.
- Schedule and ensure all content is published on time across platforms.
- Write engaging and relevant captions to complement visual content and maximize engagement.
- Ensure content is optimized for each platform’s best practices, including format, hashtags, and posting times.
- Assist in content idea generation to support marketing goals, including sales-driven campaigns and brand awareness strategies.
- Assist in basic photo/video editing for social media posts.
- Work closely with the Social Media Manager and creative team to refine content ideas and ensure quality execution.
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner to enhance audience engagement.
- Track and monitor post performance, audience interactions, and engagement metrics.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, and LINE
- Broadcast—understanding platform algorithms and best practices.
- Excellent writing skills to create engaging captions and sales-driven content.
- Basic photo/video editing skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to execute content plans effectively.
- Passion for beauty, fashion, and lifestyle content is a plus
