OASYS Agency | Electronic Music Brand Management & Communications
OASYS is a marketing and communications agency working across the electronic music, entertainment, and cultural sectors. We work with artists, events, record labels, venues, festivals, and lifestyle brands across Asia, Europe, and North America.
We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Social Media & Communications Manager to manage campaigns, communications, and day-to-day content delivery across multiple clients.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage multiple projects and content calendars from planning through publication
- Coordinate with artists, labels, festivals, venues, partners, sponsors, designers, editors, and more
- Prepare creative briefs, provide graphic designers and content creators with the assets and information they need, collect completed content, and ensure it meets brand standards
- Draft social media copy and coordinate content production
- Organize and maintain Dropbox file structures, including contracts, photos, videos, artwork, and project assets
- Track timelines, deliverables, and campaign progress across multiple projects
- Support PR, partnerships, media outreach, and event marketing
- Maintain SOPs, project documentation, and internal workflows
Who We’re Looking For:
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal English
- Strong communication and client management skills
- Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Proactive, accountable, and solution-oriented
- Passionate about electronic music, culture, and digital mediant
