Key Responsibilities:
- VIP Guest Relationship Management
- Build and maintain relationships with VIP guests and regular customers
- Personally engage with high-spending clients
- Handle special requests and guest preferences
- Ensure VIP guests receive premium experience and service
- Membership & Community Growth
- Support CAVO membership program
- Drive member retention and engagement
- Build a loyal customer community around the brand
- Maintain guest database and customer profiles
- Reservation & Table Support
- Coordinate VIP reservations and table bookings
- Support sales team in maximizing table revenue
- Identify high-value guests and upselling opportunities
- Help manage table allocation strategically during events
- Influencer & Social Network Coordination
- Coordinate influencer visits and hosted guests
- Build relationships with:
- KOLs
- socialites
- promoters
- nightlife communities
- Assist in creating organic word-of-mouth marketing
- Event Guest Engagement
- Invite targeted guests to events and activations
- Ensure strong crowd quality and social energy during events
- Maintain communication with regular guests before and after events
- CRM & Outreach
- Manage guest communication through:
- LINE
- Phone calls
- Conduct personalized outreach for:
- birthdays
- special events
- promotions
- VIP nights
- Manage guest communication through:
- Guest Experience Support
- Gather guest feedback and customer insights
- Report customer trends and preferences to management
- Coordinate with operations team to improve guest experience
Qualifications:
- 2–5+ years’ experience in:
- Nightlife
- Luxury hospitality
- Premium restaurants
- Clubs
- VIP hosting
- Customer Relations
- Existing nightlife/social network preferred
