Job Summary
The Visual Merchandiser will be responsible for creating and maintaining strong visual merchandising across stores, pop-ups, and brand activations. This role combines creative judgment with commercial and data-driven thinking to strengthen brand experience and store performance.
Experience Level: Senior Associate — 3–5 years of experience in Visual Merchandising, preferably from leading Thai or global fashion, lifestyle, or retail brands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visual Merchandising
- Develop and execute VM across stores, pop-ups, and brand activations
- Translate brand concepts into window displays, product presentation, and store layouts
- Maintain consistent VM standards across all retail locations
- Develop seasonal VM guidelines and planograms
- Commercial & Data
- Analyze sales, product performance, and inventory data to optimize product placement
- Adjust product zoning and displays based on performance and commercial priorities
- Identify opportunities to improve customer journeys and store performance
- Execution & Collaboration
- Lead VM execution for store openings, launches, and pop-ups
- Conduct regular store visits and VM audits
- Coordinate props, fixtures, vendors, and installation
- Collaborate with Creative, Marketing, Retail, and Commercial teams
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Visual Merchandising, Design, Fashion, Interior Design, or related field
- 3–5 years of relevant Visual Merchandising experience
- Experience with leading Thai or global brands is highly preferred
- Strong visual sense with commercial, analytical, and logical thinking
- Able to read and interpret sales and product performance data
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite; SketchUp or 3D tools is a plus
- Detail-oriented, proactive, hands-on, and able to manage multiple projects
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Comfortable with store visits, setups, and on-site execution
