Your role in this position (Overall management of branches)
In the role of Area Manager, you will be in charge of full store management. Not just a branch inspector, but a coordinator for all departments to ensure that all branches work efficiently.
From sales, stock, team, visuals, services and new branch openings. You will act as a “land owner” who helps drive the overall team to grow.
Main responsibilities:
- Manage branch sales → Analyze sales, find out the reasons when it is lower than normal, recommend ways to improve.
- Check the quality of customer service, store readiness, and neatness according to standards.
- Coordinate with central team on inventory, picking, shipping, and program communication.
- Control the planning of manpower for each branch to be sufficient and appropriate.
- Train and develop the front-office team in each branch to work according to the company’s standards.
- Participate in planning and controlling the opening of new branches.
- Coordinate with Visual Merchandising, Marketing, HR, and Sales Management teams.
- Investigate various problems on-site and take proactive action to resolve them.
- Continuously report performance results and various situations to the executives.
The qualities we look for:
- Bachelor’s degree with at least 3-5 years of experience in branch management, store management, or team management.
- Possess skills in planning, time management, and prioritization.
- Have a broad view of the business, understand sales, stock, team and service quality.
- Able to solve immediate problems well and be quick-witted.
- Have high leadership skills and enjoy coordinating with multiple teams.
- Have good communication skills, communicate policies to the team for them to understand and be able to implement them.
- If you have experience in retail business, Premium Lifestyle products, Aromatherapy, Beauty or Wellness will be given special consideration.
- Ready to travel to inspect branches in the area of responsibility
