2nd Floor Wine Bar | Wine Bar
We’re looking for a Wine Bar Manager to take full ownership of our wine bar and lead the room day-to-day.
This role is about control and presence — setting the pace, shaping the atmosphere, and making sure the bar feels intentional every night. You’ll be trusted to run service, manage the team, and make decisions on the floor, with input and support from us.
You’ll guide guests through the wine list, recommend bottles with confidence, and have real involvement in curating and rotating the selection. This is a hands-on role for someone who understands how a good wine bar feels, not just how it operates.
What you’ll do:
- Run the bar during service and take responsibility for the room
- Lead the floor, control flow, and set the tone of the space
- Host guests with calm authority and good judgment
- Recommend wines and shape the guest experience
- Manage wine inventory and stock organization
- Direct and support the service team
- Act as the main point of responsibility during your shifts
Who we’re looking for:
- Comfortable being in charge of a room
- Naturally observant and good at reading people
- Genuinely interested in wine and hospitality
- Reliable, organized, and decisive
- Thai speaker with good English preferred
Formal wine certifications are not required — taste, curiosity, and judgment matter more.
