This role is ideal for someone who is strategic, hands-on, and highly collaborative – someone who can seamlessly balance creativity with execution. The ideal candidate is passionate about crafting memorable brand experiences that elevate customer engagement and strengthen long-term loyalty. You will take the lead in planning, organizing, and executing impactful events that captivate audiences and deliver measurable results.
From brainstorming creative concepts to coordinating with cross-functional teams, Creative Team, and external partners, you will manage multiple tasks simultaneously while overseeing budgets, timelines, and vendor operations. Every detail matters, and you will ensure each element is executed beautifully and to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Retail Management & Customer Experience
- Customized retail marketing for each channel (Online & Offline) with different development of channel specific programs; such as CRM, retail activation plans, brand events, including in store and off the store events.
- Lead all retail activities to deliver an excellent shopping experience for customers.
- Analyze sales trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Work closely with marketing teams to execute in-store promotions and brand-aligned events.
- Creative Coordination & Visual Execution
- Collaborate closely with the Creative Manager to ensure all event visual elements—such as decorations, installations, branding materials, and merchandising setups—meet the brand’s aesthetic standards and deliver a cohesive, high-quality experience.
- Financial & Performance Management
- Monitor key KPIs such as sales, cost efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare reports on activities performance and develop improvement plans.
- Collaborate with Marketing Managers to manage budgets, control costs, and meet financial objectives.
- Operations Management
- Performs as the brand contact point with Retailer team, Business Partners, Suppliers to ensure that business and campaign will be executed as plan and delivered retail target.
Qualifications:
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related fields
- Minimum 4 years working experience in Omni-channel Management, Brand Activation, Retail Marketing or related fields
- Experience in Fashion Retail Marketing and / or FMCG is a plus.
- Enthusiastic / proactive / flexible / multi-tasking
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Persuasive but collaborative working attitude.
- Proven exceptional ability in driving sales, organizational skills, customer service.
- Management experience and strong influencing skills are essential.
- Strong presentation skills with English proficiency.
- Good command of English & Thai communication.
