Bar Manager
Role and responsibilities
- Service Operation Responsibilities – oversee all aspects of bar service to ensure smooth, efficient, and guest-focused operations.
- Staff Management – train, schedule, evaluate, supervise and develop bar team members.
- Beverage Quality & Menu Development – oversee drink quality and create seasonal menu
- Inventory & Cost Control – manage stock and ingredients levels, verify and maintain accurate inventory records
- Supplier and Partner Relations – review trade term to maximize the company benefits and maintain relationship with alcohol brands and supplier
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a management role in a bar, nightclub or hospitality.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills and experience in leading the team.
- Excellent knowledge of mixology, beverage trends, and service standards.
- Ability to manage budgets, inventory, and cost control effectively.
- Good communication skills in English. (TOEIC score required if applicable)
Bartender
Role and responsibilities
- Bar Operations & Service – prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to standard recipes and brand guidelines..
- Guest Experience – provide excellent guest service by engaging with customers, taking orders, and offering recommendations.
- Product Knowledge & Upselling – demonstrate strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, beers, wines, and mixers, and suggest upselling opportunities (premium bottles, signature cocktails, promotions).
- Stock Management – support checking, reviewing and send the stock to Bar Manager to verify
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of bartending experience in nightlife, bars, or hospitality industry.
- Strong mixology skills with knowledge of classic and modern cocktails.
- Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong interpersonal skills.
- Good communication skills in English.
