Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and strategic Business Development Executive with at least 2 years of experience to support the company’s growth through customer acquisition, B2B expansion, and partnership development—especially in the FMCG and consumer goods sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with domestic B2B clients (e.g. retailers, cafes, hotels, schools, etc)
  • Develop and expand relationships with international partners and explore export opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships 
 with both local and international clients
  • Present company products and value propositions to potential partners
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, logistics, finance) to support partner onboarding and account servicing
  • Analyze customer and market insights to identify trends and drive growth strategies
  • Represent the company at trade shows, business meetings, and networking events (local and international)
  • Prepare business proposals, partner updates, and growth reports 
 for management

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in business development or B2B sales 
 (FMCG experience is a plus)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of English
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn
  • Able to travel occasionally for client visits or events

Working Days & Hours:
Monday – Friday (occasional weekend travel/events as needed) 
or 40 hours/week
