Role Overview

The Sales & Business Development Executive will play a vital role in driving the growth of Social Diamond by supporting new projects, managing partnerships, and enhancing sales processes. This role requires a dynamic individual who thrives in a fast-paced, start-up environment and is passionate about redefining modern luxury. The ideal candidate will excel in communication, relationship management, and strategic execution to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • New Projects: Assist in launching and managing new initiatives, including developing strategies to expand market presence.
  • Overseas Pop-Ups: Support the planning and execution of international pop-up events to showcase Social Diamond’s unique offerings.
  • Partnerships: Identify and develop partnerships with complementary brands to drive collaboration and growth.
  • Sales Process Improvements: Work with the sales team to analyze and improve workflows, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Stakeholder Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with shopping malls and other key partners.
  • B2B Sales: Pursue business-to-business opportunities and partnerships to expand revenue channels.
  • Strategy Execution: Contribute to crafting and implementing strategies to grow Social Diamond’s presence in both domestic and international markets.

Requirements:

  • Interpersonal & Communication Skills: Ability to build trust and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Negotiation Skills: Skilled at crafting and closing mutually beneficial deals.
  • Relationship Management: Proven experience in managing partnerships with shopping malls and key stakeholders.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong aptitude for working with data to derive actionable insights.
