We’re looking for a proactive Business Development Officer to drive revenue growth across our diverse segments—product design, café, bar, and studio. This role spans strategic outreach, partnership development, and creative growth initiatives aimed at expanding our footprint and revenue streams.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and cultivate new business, partnership, and revenue opportunities across all verticals (design, café, bar, studio)
- Develop and pitch compelling proposals to new and existing clients or partners
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (design, operations, marketing) to align business development efforts
- Independently manage outreach campaigns, follow-ups, and deal negotiations
- Monitor and report on performance metrics, market trends, and potential opportunities
- Suggest strategic initiatives based on quick thinking, adaptability, and market awareness
Ideal Candidate:
- 2–4 years of business development, sales, or related experience
- Resourceful, creative, and able to think on your feet
- Self-motivated with an independent work ethic, yet thrives in a team setting
- Strong initiative—‘can-do’ attitude with a bias toward action
- Comfortable with remote work dynamics and excellent at managing tasks autonomously
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
