We’re seeking a strategic and proactive Business Development Manager to drive growth and elevate MITI Dental as a leading dental wellness destination in Bangkok. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about creating meaningful business opportunities.
Working closely with marketing, operations, and clinical teams, you will be instrumental in expanding our client base, developing strategic partnerships, and ensuring our business continues to innovate and grow. Your efforts will directly impact MITI’s revenue growth, market positioning, and ability to deliver exceptional wellness-driven dental care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Growth Planning – Identify and develop new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams to enhance MITI Dental’s position in the market.
  • Partnership & Corporate Alliances – Build and nurture relationships 
with corporate clients, insurance providers, and premium lifestyle brands 
to expand referral networks.
  • Client Acquisition & Retention – Develop strategies to attract high-value 
patients and enhance retention through membership programs, VIP services, 
and personalized experiences.
  • Service Innovation & Market Expansion – Collaborate with clinical 
and marketing teams to refine service offerings, 
explore new treatment packages, and expand into untapped markets.
  • Performance & Market Analysis – Monitor industry trends, analyze business performance, and provide data-driven insights to optimize growth strategies.
  • Operational Efficiency & Revenue Optimization – Work with operations 
to enhance pricing models, streamline workflows, and improve overall clinic efficiency to maximize revenue.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales, preferably in healthcare, wellness, luxury services, or hospitality industries.
  • Proven track record of success in revenue growth, client acquisition, and strategic partnerships.
  • Experience in corporate sales, B2B partnerships, or working 
with premium clientele is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret business data 
and develop data-driven strategies.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Thai and English.
  • Proactive, hands-on mindset with 
a passion for delivering premium client experiences.
