Fam Time Steak & Pasta is the place that brings together friends and family to celebrate and enjoy the heart-made Fresh Pasta, Artisan Pizza and Steak !
Key Responsibilities:
- COGS Analysis & ControlTrack weekly/monthly food-cost percentages versus targets
- Audit supplier invoices, monitor price variances, and negotiate cost savings
- Partner with culinary team on recipe cost sheets and portion-control initiatives Labor Forecasting & Scheduling
- Analyze historical sales data (dayparts, weekdays vs. weekends, seasonality)
- Build demand-based staff schedules to minimize overtime and understaffing
- Reporting & Insights
- Create dashboards (Excel) showing COGS trends, labor-cost ratios, and variance analyses
- Present actionable insights weekly to Operations & Finance leadership
- Process Improvement
- Establish standard operating procedures for inventory counts, waste logs, and shift-handover
- Train managers/supervisors on best practices for portion control and schedule adherence
- Lead quarterly reviews of supplier contracts and staffing benchmarks
Qualifications & Skills:
- 2+ years of work experience in any industry (food-service/F&B experience is a plus)
- Strong Excel skills
- Analytical mindset: comfortable working with numbers & translating them into clear recommendations
- Excellent communication skills in Thai, with the ability to explain cost and labor insights effectively to chefs, managers, and executives.
- Detail-oriented, proactive problem-solver
- Strong interpersonal and management skills; able to collaborate across departments.
- Flexible and able to travel across Bangkok to visit branches as needed.
