Key Responsibilities
- Digital Strategy & Campaign Planning
- Plan and execute digital marketing strategies across social media, online platforms, and e-commerce
- Develop digital campaigns for product launches, promotions, and seasonal collections
- Manage content calendars aligned with brand and sales objectives
- Manage and optimize paid ads on platforms such as Meta (Instagram / Facebook), TikTok, and other digital channels
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze insights, and optimize for better results
- Track, analyze, and summarize performance results including sales across all channels
- Brand & Creative Collaboration
- Work closely with Content, Creative, and Design teams to ensure campaigns are visually aligned with brand identity
- Coordinate with online and offline platforms, partners, and marketplaces to achieve campaign objectives
- Communicate and align marketing activities with platform teams for promotions, visibility, and brand exposure
- E-commerce & Customer Journey
- Support online sales channels including website, marketplaces, and social commerce
- Optimize customer journey from awareness to conversion
- Assist in planning digital promotions, bundles, and special offers
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields
- Experience in digital marketing or online campaigns (fashion / lifestyle brands preferred)
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital advertising tools
- Knowledge of Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and basic analytics
- Creative, analytical, and result-oriented mindset
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple campaigns
- Passion for fashion, branding, and digital culture
