Oab’s | Skincare Brand
As a Digital Marketing, you’ll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing our online marketing efforts across all digital channels. Your goal is to amplify brand awareness, drive traffic, increase engagement, and convert interest into loyal customers. You’ll also play a key role in managing KOL and influencer collaborations — from identifying the right voices to co-creating authentic content that resonates with our audience. This role blends creativity with analytics and requires a deep love for skincare, social media, and consumer behavior.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google, Lemon8 and YouTube.
- Manage and optimize Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads to maximize ROI.
- Create, schedule, and monitor content for social media platforms in collaboration with the Creative and Product teams.
- Work with influencers, KOLs, and creators to co-create campaigns that build brand trust and social proof.
- Monitor SEO and performance of the website; coordinate with the e-commerce and development teams to improve UX and CRO.
- Analyze performance data, prepare reports, and recommend actions to boost traffic, engagement, and conversion rates.
- Stay updated on digital trends, competitor activity, and and skincare/beauty marketing innovations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication,D igital Media, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in beauty, skincare, or lifestyle brands.
- Hands-on experience with Facebook Business Manager,Google Ads, TikTok Ads Manager.
- Strong knowledge of SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, and digital KPIs.
- Creative thinking with a data-driven mindset.
- Basic skills in Canva, Adobe, or video editing apps are a plus.
- Passion for skincare, beauty, and wellness trends.
- A proactive team player with excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, and a positive “can-do” attitude.
