Job Brief
We are seeking a highly motivated Digital Performance Marketing Specialist to take full ownership of digital campaigns across our hospitality and F&B brands. You will manage advertising across Google and Meta platforms, SEO and SEM efforts, OTA platforms such as Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia, and TripAdvisor, and metasearch channels including Trivago, Google Hotel Ads, and Kayak. Your mission is to drive ROI-focused performance, deliver strategic insights, and scale campaigns with measurable success.
Key Responsibilities
- Paid Media Management
- Plan, launch, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, including Search, Display, and Performance Max, Meta Ads on Facebook and Instagram, and programmatic or DSP channels. Manage paid media on OTA platforms such as Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia, and TripAdvisor, including TravelAds, sponsored listings, and rate visibility optimization. Develop and manage metasearch strategies for platforms like Trivago, Google Hotel Ads, and Kayak to maximize competitiveness in direct bookings.
- SEO and SEM Strategy and Execution
- Execute on-page and technical SEO initiatives, including keyword research, schema, link-building, and content improvements. Manage SEM campaigns with bid strategies, ad copy testing, and landing page optimizations across Google and Bing.
- Analytics and Performance Reporting
- Build and manage performance dashboards using GA4, Looker Studio, Meta Business Suite, and OTA analytics platforms. Track and report on KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CPC, CTR, CVR, organic traffic, occupancy, and direct versus OTA bookings. Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Campaign Optimization and Testing
- Conduct A/B and multivariate testing across creatives, audiences, keyword sets, and landing pages. Identify underperforming campaigns for optimization and scale high-performing initiatives.
- Tracking Infrastructure and Technical Setup
- Implement and manage tracking through Google Tag Manager, GA4, Meta Pixel, and OTA channel tags. Manage audience segmentation, remarketing lists, and smart bidding strategies across ad platforms.
- Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with the account manager and content team to align campaign messaging and priorities. Coordinate with third-party vendors and digital platforms for performance delivery. Prepare and present marketing performance summaries to leadership.
Key Requirements
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in digital or performance marketing within the hospitality, travel, or F&B sectors.
- Strong command of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO and SEM platforms, and OTA advertising tools.
- Proficiency in analytics and tracking tools including GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, Looker Studio, and SEO tools such as Google Search Console.
- Demonstrated ability to optimize campaigns for ROI, conversions, and audience engagement.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with fluency in both English and Thai (written and spoken).
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in Google Ads, GA4, Meta Blueprint, or SEO tools are preferred.
Success Metrics
- Achievement of ROAS targets and reduction in CPA.
- Growth in organic search traffic and search engine rankings.
- Increase in direct bookings with reduced dependency on OTAs.
- Improvements in campaign efficiency metrics including CTR, CPC, and CVR.
- Number of campaign optimizations successfully implemented and scaled.
